MOULDING OF THERMOPLASTICS
We produce various mouldings using modern injection moulding machines - from all of available materials, especially POM, PA4.6, PA6, PA6.6, PBT, PET, PA, PC, PP, PS, PUR, ABS, PPO, TPE (inclusive polymers filled with glass and carbon fibers). Production is focused on technical mouldings - particularly for automotive, electrical, armament industries.
We can also produce mouldings with inset panning into moulds (metallic inserts/liners/armours, cables, cords, hubs,...) - to produce by using vertical injection moulding machine.
Moulding plant is fitted with continuous drying and additional purification equipment of polymers, likewise with waste recycling unit.
For some consumers are mouldings preassembled to the larger units, where we fit them with supplemental (micro)electronic components.
Mouldings produced by our company are possible to finish using 3D+2D FOBA Laser, to surface them with assorted types of - multicoloured, bitumen coating, metallic, labeled - layers.
The ultimate quality of any injection moulding is very much dependent not only on the design of the component, but also on the design, accuracy and construction of the mould tool.
To examine new products and technologies, likewise for marketing purposes - we do also small-lot production under 100 pcs. of mouldings.
